5. FLOWS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Within the framework of the use of Google’s services, data are transferred outside the European Union to the United States, in particular for audience measurement (IP address, unique identifier and navigation information) and personalized advertising. The United States does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that applied at the European level. We have entered into a contract with Google and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses have been signed to govern data transfers.
Please note that if you do not want your data to be transferred to the United States, we recommend that you do not accept Google Analytics cookies or Google advertising cookies in the cookie module.
When using the Facebook Pixel, personal data (see paragraph 3.3 above) concerning events or actions that you perform on the Site for the purposes of personalization, optimization and and measurement of our Facebook ads so that they are displayed to the people most likely to be interested, are processed. This data is transferred outside the European Union to the United States, a country that does not provide the same level of data protection equivalent to that applied at the European level.
The European Commission’s standard contractual clauses have been signed to regulate data transfers, particularly to the importer in the United States.
Please note that if you do not want your data to be transferred to the United States, we recommend that you do not accept cookies and Facebook Pixel in the cookie module.
6. CONSENT AND COOKIE MANAGEMENT
